Traditional Finishes

The choice of finish on a wooden floor very much depends upon the level of durability required and the desired final look of the wood. Our extensive range of wood floor finishes has a product to suit all tastes and requirements.

Varnish Finishes

Natural finish floor varnish has been developed to meet the performance and environmental requirements of today’s marketplace Highly resistant to water, scratches and knocks it provides a hardwearing and long-lasting finish that maintains the natural look and feel of the timber.

Laminate flooring

Laminate flooring is a very practical, hygienic and easy to install flooring which has become extremely popular. However over time the gloss can start to wear, and heavy use can often lead to scratches and unsightly marks. To overcome these problems Liberon has developed a range of high quality, water based laminate floor care products that are quick and easy to use.

Wax Filler Sticks

Repairs Cracks, splits and small to medium size holes without sanding or having to strip the finish.

Retouch Crayons

For filling and masking superficial scratches on finished wooden surfaces.

Waxes

Liming Wax – A white wax used to create a limed effect on oak and other hardwoods.

 

Black Bison Waxes - in Paste or Liquid Forms. Made from a blend of natural waxes including carnauba. Good resistance to finger and water marks.

                                                                                                      
Beeswaxes: In paste or liquid forms. A traditional wax that nourishes wood and gives an authentic finish.

Oils

Tung Oil – A natural fine and pure oil, the premium oil for wood care. Water, heat and alcohol resistant, Ideal for use on food contact surfaces.

 

Superior Danish oil – Feeds and protects wood, made from a blend of quality oils. Provides soft satin sheen finish.

 

Finishing oil – A blend of high quality oils which nourish and enhance the colour of wood. Provides hard wearing and water resistant surface.

 

Teak oil – Nourishes and enhances the natural beauty of hard/exotic/oily wood. (teak/iroko/rosewood etc). Provides a good, durable, water resistant finish.

 

Linseed oil – In Raw or boiled. Boiled gives a mellow and patinated finish to new or stripped bare wood. Raw is a more traditional oil for nourishing and waterproofing wood.

We are able to supply a variety of customer ranging from shop fitters, joinery manufacturers, office partitioning contractors, interior designers and bespoke furniture manufacturers.

Our factory is equipped with modern machinery to manufacture your veneered products.

We manufacture FD30 and FD60 solid fire rated doors, and solid timber door sets, all made to order, with or without apertures. Non standard as well as standard sizes provided for.

Our doors are supplied fully lipped and sanded.

Here we have the machinery to press, cut, sand and lip to produce wall panels, doors, or other veneered products to make your finished item. We use a wide range of quality veneers from around the world. Walnut, oak, ash, maple, beech, cedar of Lebanon, wenge, teak, and all exotic timbers. (Because each veneer is unique to a particular tree, grain and colours will vary.)

All veneers are selected and matched to suit your requirement.
